What Medalyt is

A management platform for practices and clinics: scheduling, records, prescriptions, inventory, payments and a patient portal. It is a monthly subscription used from the browser.

Who may subscribe

Health professionals licensed to practise, and the clinics that employ them. Whoever creates the account declares their professional registration is current and is responsible for keeping it so.

Medalyt does not practise medicine

The platform organises information; it does not diagnose, prescribe or validate clinical decisions. Every decision about a patient belongs to the treating professional, and so does the responsibility.

Prescriptions are digitally signed to prove they were not altered. That signature attests integrity and origin; it does not replace whatever each country requires of a prescription.

Who owns the data

The practice does. Medalyt claims no ownership over records or anything uploaded. It can be exported at any time, and on closing an account a copy is provided before deletion.

Your obligations

• Do not share credentials: each team member signs in with their own account, because the audit log depends on it.
• Upload only data you are entitled to process.
• Keep your team’s permissions current and remove anyone who stops working at the clinic.

Payment, trial and cancellation

The trial asks for no card. After it, the subscription is billed monthly in advance. If a payment fails the account is limited until it is settled, but data is not deleted.

You may cancel at any time: the service stays active through the end of the period already paid. No refund of the current month unless the law requires one.

Availability

We work to keep the service always available, but do not guarantee it never fails. Planned maintenance is announced in advance inside the application.

Limitation of liability

Medalyt answers for what is in its hands: the custody and availability of the data. It does not answer for clinical decisions, for information entered incorrectly, or for lost profit. In any case, liability is limited to the amount paid over the last twelve months.
